Description
Documentary study of the Monastery of Sant Daniel. The Monastery of Sant Daniel was founded between 1015 and 1018. Countess Ermessenda and Count Ramon Borrell played a prominent role in its foundation. Since then, the Monastery has been inhabited by a community of Benedictine nuns. Located in the Sant Daniel Valley of Girona, the Monastery is a living testimony to Benedictine spirituality: a place of prayer, work, training, reflection and welcome.
