  • It provides a conceptual framework that explores the relationship between in-person, digital and virtual, and delves into the concept of quality.
  • Defines the museum's digital strategy and offers guidelines for planning virtual activities or resources.
  • Presents ideas about the content creation process and the evaluation of virtual activities and resources.
  • It offers practical and concrete tools for museum work, including a specialized glossary, examples of good practices, support sheets for evaluation, and a series of specific indicators for monitoring and evaluating activities and resources developed for the virtual environment.

The project is the collaborative result of a working group born in the Ibero-American Observatory of Museums forum of the Ibermuseos Program, made up of professionals from Argentina, Chile, Spain and Mexico: Max Pérez Fallik, Candela Arellano, Daniela Serra, Olga Ovejero, Alicia González Bouza, Tania Fábrega and Leticia Pérez Castellanos, with the support of the Program's Technical Unit.
