The Institut Català de Recerca en Patrimoni Cultural is organizing the International Congress "The Impact of the Civil War on the Configuration of Museums" within the framework of the ministerial project IGUEMUS.

The congress will be held on February 26 and 27, 2026, in Barcelona. Communication proposals can be submitted until April 30, 2025, and the resolution by the Scientific Committee will be communicated before May 15, 2025.

Proposals must include: title, a 300-word abstract, thematic focus, full name(s), and a brief curriculum vitae of the author(s). Proposals will be accepted in the following languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, and Italian. Proposals should be sent to the following email address: iguemus@icrpc.cat
